Prepare for a landscape design career in just two years with the Landscape Design Technician diploma. This program is Ontario’s only 2-year Landscape Design Technician Diploma, offering hands-on learning in design studios and a botanical garden campus. With experienced instructors, students will acquire industry-ready skills, focusing primarily on design each semester. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for aspiring landscape designers, enabling them to create, build, and bring landscapes to life.

Program Structure

The Landscape Design Technician program is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience over a duration of 60 weeks. The program includes:

  • Hands-on learning in design studios and construction labs.

  • Field trips to botanical gardens and local residential garden tours.
  • Participation in Landscape Ontario conferences and trade shows.
