The Master of Arts in Classical Studies at the University of Ottawa is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Late Antiquity, a pivotal period between Antiquity and the Middle Ages. This program not only focuses on the historical and cultural aspects of Late Antiquity but also offers the opportunity to study various ancient languages, including Coptic, Syriac, and Ethiopic, alongside Latin and Greek.
