This four-year program combines the reasoning, research, and writing skills offered in a traditional liberal arts education with the hands-on studio arts courses provided by one of Canada's most respected fine craft schools, the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design. Program structure
The Bachelor of Arts - Applied Arts program is designed to be flexible and creative, allowing students to tailor their educational experience. The program structure includes:
- Program Length: Four years
- Students can start at either UNB Fredericton or NBCCD.
- Students will complete two years at both institutions, with the option to attend each school in alternate years or complete the requirements at one before moving on to the other.
- The first year at UNB is identical to year one of the Bachelor of Arts program.
