The Master of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Studies (MSc NRES) is a specialized program offered by the Faculty of Environment at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC). This program is tailored for students whose research interests are scientifically oriented, particularly those from backgrounds in biology, forestry, environmental science, and physical geography. Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn a MSc (NRES). Students are required to complete Graduate Colloquia (NRES 701-0.5) twice during their studies and must select elective courses that align with their research interests.
