In this program, not only will you develop your knowledge of word processing, data entry, spreadsheet, and accounting software applications, but through our comprehensive training and workplace experience, you will learn to hone your problem solving, managerial, and interpersonal skills. Program Structure

The Administrative Professional certificate program is designed to be completed within one (1) academic year of full-time study. The program offers various delivery options, including:

  • Blended Delivery: Available in September 2026 and January 2027 at the Saint John campus.
  • Online Delivery: Available in January 2027, with virtual instruction scheduled during weekdays.

For the Winter (January) intake, the program is delivered in an accelerated format, where students engage in full-time study for two and a half (2.5) consecutive 15-week terms (Winter, Spring/Summer, and the first 3 weeks in the Fall term). The online program is not eligible for a study permit nor a post-graduation work permit for international students.
