Get the best of both worlds with ILSC Montréal’s French and English Bilingual Program. This unique program allows students to study one of Canada’s official languages while living with a homestay family that speaks the other language. This immersive experience is designed to enhance language skills and cultural understanding, making it an excellent choice for those looking to fully engage with Montréal’s bilingual culture. Whether you choose to study in English or French, you will have the opportunity to develop proficiency in both languages, enriching your overall learning experience.
Program structure
The Bilingual Program at ILSC Montréal is structured to provide flexibility and immersion in both French and English. The program offers:
- Program Length: 1 week minimum
- Schedule Options: Full-Time Intensive, Full-Time Morning, or Part-Time Morning
- Start Dates: Every Monday, except the last week of a session
- Language Levels: Beginner 1 to Advanced 2
Students can choose between two options:
- French Classes with an English Homestay
- English Classes with a French Homestay
Classes are available in both mornings and afternoons, allowing students to participate in their chosen language. Additionally, optional extracurricular activities are offered after 4 PM, providing further opportunities to practice both languages in social settings.
