Academic Requirements

To apply for the Master of Data Analytics program at the University of Niagara Falls Canada (UNF), applicants must meet the following minimum conditions:

Bachelor’s Degree: Completion of a four-year honours degree standard with a CGPA of 3.0 (on a 4.33 scale) or better.
Undergraduate Courses: Completed at least two undergraduate courses in statistics or quantitative methods.

International applicants who completed their undergraduate studies outside Canada must also submit:

Certified translations of any documents not in English.
Documentation confirming the award of their previous degree(s), if not already indicated on official transcripts.
A credential evaluation from a recognized service, if required by the registrar.

Transcripts may be required to be evaluated by WES in some cases.

Language Requirements

English is the exclusive and official language of instruction and examination at University of Niagara Falls Canada.

To ensure success in our undergraduate and graduate programs, applicants whose first language is not English, or who have received their education in a language other than English, must provide evidence of English language proficiency at a university level. This can be achieved by obtaining a set minimum score in an approved test.

*UNF now accepts IELTS One Skill Retake which allows test takers to sit just one of the four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking) from their IELTS test again.
