Advance your knowledge on the role of exercise to improve and maintain the health, functional capacity, and overall well-being of a variety of populations. The Kinesiology Advanced Entry - Massage program is designed to help students understand the safe application of exercise for health maintenance, improvement, and rehabilitation. Graduates will be prepared to become kinesiology practitioners who can prescribe individualized exercise programs tailored to both healthy and clinical populations. This program is aligned with the regulatory standards of the kinesiology profession in Ontario, equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge to write the competency exam to become a registered kinesiologist.
Program structure
The Kinesiology Advanced Entry - Massage program is structured to provide a comprehensive education over a four-semester period. This full-time program includes:

- Access to modern facilities, including innovative labs and the Kinesiology Teaching Laboratory
- Elective courses that allow for specializations in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and/or Biomechanics and Ergonomics
