Academic Requirements

The Academic Requirements for the College Certificate - General Science program at Keyano College are as follows:

High School Diploma: Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum average of 60% and no mark below 50% in the following subjects:
- English 30-1
- Math 30-1
- Two of the following: Biology 30, Chemistry 30, Physics 30, Mathematics 31
- One subject from Groups A, B, or C (refer to the credit calendar for details).
Mature Students: Must be at least 21 years of age by the first day of classes and have a minimum average of 60% with no mark below 50% in:
- English 30-1
- Math 30-1
- Two of the following: Biology 30, Chemistry 30, Physics 30, or Mathematics 31.

Transcripts may be required to be evaluated by WES in some cases.
