Program Overview

The Arts Transition Program (ATP) at the University of Regina is designed for students who have received a notice of Required to Discontinue (RTD) and wish to continue their education. This program is specifically tailored for those transferring to the Faculty of Arts with an Undergraduate Grade Point Average (UGPA) or Adjusted Grade Point Average (AGPA) between 50-59.99%. The ATP provides a supportive environment where students can enhance their academic skills, engage in reflective exercises, and explore various educational directions. Additionally, students will receive guidance from advisors and have the opportunity to take credit courses aimed at improving their GPA. Admission to the program is not guaranteed and is contingent upon eligibility for transfer or readmission to the Faculty of Arts.

The Arts Transition Program is structured to provide students with a comprehensive pathway to success in their academic journey. The program is designed to be completed over a period of two semesters, with the following key features:
