Academic Requirements

For the Double Degree program in Bachelor of Science - General Major Sciences & Bachelor of Business Administration - Global Business (Optional Co-op), the following academic requirements must be met:

• Ontario: Must complete five courses including one of Anglais (EAE4U) or English (ENG4U), and three additional courses from a specified list.
• Prince Edward Island: Must complete five courses including one of English 611A or English 621A, and three additional courses from a specified list.
• Quebec: Must complete 10 courses with a minimum average of 65%, including two from the English Literature 603 series and eight from a specified list.
• Saskatchewan: Must complete five courses including one of English Language Arts A30, B30, or 30, and three additional courses from a specified list.
• Yukon: Must complete five courses including one of English 12 or English First Peoples 12, and three additional courses from a specified list.

• ELP Assessments:
  1. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT) with a minimum total score of 86, with a minimum score of 20 in each section.
  2. Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum overall score of 6.5, and a minimum 6.0 in each band.
  3. Cambridge English Qualifications: C1 Advanced with a minimum score of 176, and a minimum 176 in each subscore.
  4. Cambridge English Qualifications: C2 Proficiency with a minimum score of 176, and a minimum 176 in each subscore.
  5. Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic score with a minimum overall score of 61, with a minimum score of 60 in each part.
  6. Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) assessment with a minimum overall score of 70, with a minimum score of 60 in each component.
  7. Duolingo with a minimum overall score of 120, with a minimum score of 110 in each subscore.
