Academic Requirements

The University Diploma in Police and Justice Studies has specific academic requirements for admission. Here are the key points to consider:

BC Grade 12 or equivalent: Applicants must have completed BC Grade 12 or an equivalent secondary school program.
English Requirement: A minimum of 73% in English 12 or English 12 - First Peoples is required.

Students must meet or exceed the required level on all aspects to be at any specific level. For example, direct entry students must have 88+ and all sections at least 20. If a student does not meet the requirements for direct entry, it is recommended that they write the TRU placement test to determine the appropriate placement for them in EAP.
