The Kinesiology - Bridge - Fitness and Health Promotion program at Ontario Tech University is designed for individuals looking to build on their existing credentials. This program focuses on the safe application of exercise for health maintenance, improvement, and rehabilitation. Students will learn to prescribe individualized exercise programs tailored to enhance the health and functional capacity of diverse populations, including both healthy individuals and those with clinical needs. As a regulated health profession in Ontario, this program equips students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become registered kinesiologists, preparing them for competency exams and certifications in the field.

The Kinesiology - Bridge - Fitness and Health Promotion program is structured to provide a comprehensive educational experience over a five-semester period. Key features of the program include:
