Program Overview

The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science program at Ontario Tech University is designed to implement strategies for creating sustainable community development policies. It focuses on improving quality of life while addressing critical community justice and planning issues. This program delves into a variety of topics, including climate change, social justice, economics, and international development. Students will explore the interrelations of communities, nations, and social movements, emphasizing the importance of policy creation and implementation. Program Structure

The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science program is structured to be completed in four years of full-time study. The program includes a variety of experiential learning opportunities, such as:

Students can also opt for a double major in Legal Studies and Political Science, which allows them to earn degrees in both fields within the same four-year timeframe.
