Program Overview
The Civil Engineering Technology program at NAIT is designed for those who have a passion for building and infrastructure. This program offers a comprehensive education in designing and managing construction, infrastructure, and research projects. Students will engage in a curriculum that has been developed with industry input, ensuring that they acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for success in the civil engineering field. Graduates will be eligible for certification as a Technologist by the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET).

The Civil Engineering Technology program is structured to be completed in 2 years for full-time students, or 2.5 years if opting for the co-op pathway. Key features of the program include:
