Welcome to the Honours Bachelor of Science in Water Resource Science at Lakehead University! This unique program is the only undergraduate program of its kind in Canada, designed to equip students with essential skills and scientific knowledge to protect and advocate for our most precious resource: water. Program structure
The Honours Bachelor of Science in Water Resource Science program is structured to provide a well-rounded education over a four-year period. The program includes:

Students pursuing the specialization will complete their second year at Confederation College in the Environmental Technician Diploma program. This pathway allows students to earn certifications such as Water and Wastewater Operator in Training (OIT) and Entry Level Drinking Water Operator upon graduation.
