Program Overview

This program is designed to meet the needs of internationally trained construction managers and construction professionals. It enables them to apply their prior knowledge and skills, qualifying them for in-demand, rewarding jobs in the Canadian construction industry. The Construction Management graduate certificate program is Ontario’s first of its kind, developed to serve both domestic and internationally educated professionals. With a strong focus on practical skills, this program prepares students to excel in the rapidly evolving construction sector.

Program Structure

The Construction Management graduate certificate program is a one-year program consisting of three semesters. It is offered in a full-time format, with starting months in January and September. The program includes:

  • Field experience in the third semester to help students transition into the job market.
  • Graduate-level training that builds on prior education and experience.
  • Applied education tailored for construction management positions.
