Prepare to launch your career in restaurant management with the Food and Beverage Management – Restaurant Management program. This two-year diploma program blends theoretical knowledge with real-world practical experience, allowing you to develop your business acumen while immersing yourself in the vibrant food and beverage industry. You will explore various aspects of hospitality, including wine, mixology, and strategic restaurant management, all while building a professional network within a community of hospitality-focused individuals.

Program Structure

The Food and Beverage Management – Restaurant Management program is designed to be completed in 2 years, consisting of 4 semesters. The program offers a full-time study method and starts in January, May, or September. Key features of the program structure include:

  • Hands-on learning through practical and theoretical courses in the first year, covering hotels, event planning, tourism, and food and beverages.
  • In the second year, students will manage The Chefs’ House, a state-of-the-art restaurant, gaining experience in operations, cost analysis, and menu design.
  • Participation in a Restaurant Simulation to apply decision-making and management skills in a real-world context.
  • Opportunity to switch to other hospitality and tourism management diploma programs by the second year.
  • Eligibility to graduate with a one-year certificate in Hospitality Services (H101) if unable to complete the final year.
  • A 14-week industry externship in the fourth semester, allowing students to gain real-world experience and build industry contacts.
