The Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree with a major in Human Resource Management & Leadership is designed to equip students with a solid foundation in leadership. This program prepares you for the strategic role that HR professionals play in enhancing organizational performance. The Business Administration program spans a 4-year duration, allowing students to complete their studies on a full-time or part-time basis. The program structure includes:

  • Completion of 40 courses over the duration of the program.
  • Evening and daytime classes predominantly held at the Interurban campus.
  • Options to exit with a Business Administration certificate or diploma at various stages.
  • Co-operative Education option available, allowing students to alternate between full-time studies and paid work experience.
